We have sold through Centurion 3 times over the last 20 years. Every time we have felt we have been given good, honest, solid advice. Not only on achievable price but also marketing strategy, potential buyers and possible timescales. The last house in Rayne achieved full asking price from the recommendation of James to go with an open house (which he handled for us). Both James and Lee have always given it to us from the ‘hip’ which has meant that we can use the honest advice to help us with our purchasing from say less honest or reliable agents in the town! We have also found that James and Lee are so in tune with the local conveyencers too, which takes so much of the stress out of the crucial ‘getting it over the line’ to exchange. If you want the most experienced Estate Agents in the area then they are the best.
